The teachers of the first-term course at Utopia University (Preparatory) are appointed by the Preparatory Committee, totaling three, all of whom serve concurrently as members of the Preparatory Committee.

Currently serves as the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of Utopia University (Preparatory), concurrently responsible for informatization and digital academic affairs. In August 2026, by the decision of the first meeting of the Preparatory Committee, he was appointed as a teacher for the first-term course.
Shen Liyan
Vice Chairman of the Preparatory Committee · Teacher
Shen Liyan, from Shanghai, China, has long been engaged in higher education teaching and curriculum development, with a focus on online teaching and cross-cultural teaching practices. Currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Preparatory Committee of Utopia University (Preparatory), overseeing teaching and curriculum, and academic affairs; by the decision of the first meeting of the Preparatory Committee, he concurrently serves as a teacher for the first-term course.
Ewa Nowicka
Member of the Preparatory Committee · Teacher
Ewa Nowicka, from Warsaw, Poland, has long been engaged in Esperanto teaching and multilingual education, and has participated in international language and cultural exchange activities for many years. Currently serves as a Member of the Preparatory Committee of Utopia University (Preparatory), responsible for Esperanto and multilingual education; by the decision of the first meeting of the Preparatory Committee, she concurrently serves as a teacher for the first-term course.
The faculty will be gradually strengthened as the university develops.
