To coordinate and advance the various preparatory affairs for the establishment of Utopia University, it was deliberated and decided at the preparatory work meeting held on August 20, 2026, to establish the Preparatory Committee of Utopia University (Preparatory).

The Preparatory Committee is responsible for coordinating all major matters during the preparatory period for establishing the university, including the drafting of university statutes and regulations, the compilation of the academic calendar and curriculum, the appointment of faculty, the organization of admissions, the collection and organization of university history materials, external liaison and information release, and other related work. The members of the committee will be announced separately.
