To coordinate and advance the various preparatory affairs for the re-establishment of Utopia University, it was deliberated and decided at the preparatory work meeting for re-establishment held on August 20, 2026, to establish the Preparatory Office of Utopia University (Preparatory).

The Preparatory Office is responsible for coordinating all affairs during the re-establishment preparation period, including drafting the university charter and rules and regulations, collecting and organizing historical materials, external liaison and information release, and other related work. The office shall have one director and several staff members, with the office located in Bishkek.

This notice is hereby issued.
