Preparatory Committee
On August 20, 2026, the university establishment preparatory work meeting reviewed and decided to establish the Preparatory Committee of Utopia University (Preparatory), to coordinate all major matters of university establishment.
Chairman
Yu Hai
Chairman of the Preparatory Committee
Overall coordination of university establishment preparatory work, concurrently serving as the head of informatization and digital academic affairs, and as a first-term course teacher.
Vice Chairman
Ariana Cimprich
Vice Chairman of the Preparatory Committee
Oversees international affairs and external liaison work.
Nurlan Abdraimov
Vice Chairman of the Preparatory Committee
Oversees campus base coordination and local affairs, based in Bishkek.
Shen Liyan
Vice Chairman of the Preparatory Committee
Oversees teaching, curriculum, and academic affairs, concurrently serving as a first-term course teacher.

Responsible for East Asian academic exchange.
Hua Hongyi

Responsible for publicity and university history work.

Responsible for Esperanto and multilingual education work, concurrently serving as a first-term course teacher.
